๐ Educational Qualification
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% marks (average of all semesters) in any of the seven eligible disciplines:
Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Metallurgy. - For SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates โ minimum 55% marks.
- Qualification must be full-time and regular from a recognized University/AICTE-approved Institute.
- Final year students awaiting results are not eligible.

๐ฐ Salary and Benefits
- Training Period: 1 year (as Apprentice under Apprentices Act, 1961)
- Pay Scale (Training): โน50,000 โ 1,60,000 /โ (E-1 Grade)
- After Confirmation: โน60,000 โ 1,80,000 /โ
- CTC: โน16โ17 Lakh per annum (approx.)
- Perks & Allowances: DA, HRA, Medical, Leave Encashment, Performance Rewards, etc.
After training, candidates will be posted as Assistant Manager (Technical) in E-1 grade.
โ๏ธ Selection Process
The selection process comprises Online Test, Group Discussion, and Interview.
1๏ธโฃ Online Examination (CBT) โ Tentatively JanโFeb 2026

- Probation: 1 year after successful training
